SWT's founder is Phil Kornachuk, an ICF PCC Coach with thousands of hours in the leadership development space. In addition to holding a Master's in Organizational Leadership from the world-renowned program at Gonzaga University, he led teams worldwide for 22 years as a special operations crisis response expert for the US Military.
